Sales, Pricing, and Other Policies
1. Coupon Sale Rules (if applicable):
Coupon Usage: Only one physical or digital coupon sale may be applied per client/job. The discount will be applied to the total bill. Coupons must be used within the expiration date specified on the website or the physical/digital coupon.
Owner’s Discretion: The owner may apply additional deals or discounts at their discretion, and such offers will follow the same rules.
Non-Negotiability: Coupon sales are non-negotiable. Each coupon can only be used once per client/job.
Denial of Coupon/Discount Requests: The owner reserves the right to deny any request or special sale/coupon at their discretion, at the owner's expense.
2. Price Quotes & Fees:
Flat Rate Services: All services are charged at a flat rate depending on the job and client. Prices are non-negotiable.
After-Hours Fees: Services conducted after regular business hours will incur an additional charge of $75 per hour.
Large or Complex Jobs: For larger or more complex jobs, a quote will be provided. These services are billed at an hourly rate of $95.
Negotiation of Quotes: Quotes for larger jobs may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis at the owner’s discretion. The pricing will reflect the level of complexity and service required for the quoted job.
Price Adjustments: All prices are subject to change due to inflation or other factors. Please note that all sales are final.
3. Respect and Courtesy:
Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to be respectful and considerate of both the owner and employees of ITHelp336. Please provide sufficient space and time for the owner and employees to complete their work.
Non-Interference: Clients are asked not to interfere or offer unsolicited assistance to the owner or employees during the execution of their services.
Consequences of Disrespect: If these guidelines are not adhered to, the service may be terminated, and the worksite may be vacated.
4. Booking Policy:
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients must provide 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a booking fee, which will be applied to the total bill.
Booking Fee: A booking fee may be required in certain situations and may be kept as a charge if cancellations become frequent or abusive.
Final Sale: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
